Anyone know of any shop where I can buy an unlocked iphone 3gs?

I am going to Ft Lauradale in a couple of weeks and I want to buy an unlocked one but I have no clue where to go.. does anyone know of any shops where they sell the unlocked version on the 3Gs.. cannot do ebay because I am only there for a couple of days and I missed a package the last time I tried that..

Nokia e71 and ipod touch or iphone?

Hey iv’e been reading online reviews and forums and have decided to either get an 16gb iphone 3gs or ipd touch 3g 32gb and nokia e71…. I don’t mind carrying around 2 gadgets and each one option would cost approx the same. Any nokia e71 users, is the phone good or do you wish your music player and nokia were combined. So any thought and opinions would be appreciated.

i have an iphone 3GS that i had updated to 4.0.?

so now i wanna go back to 3.1.3.
my ssh is saved on saurik’s server.
everything went fine during the process.
but there’s only one problem…how the hell do u get past the recovery mode?
i tried RECBOOT(with libusb) and i tried umberella 4.00.26 to kick the phone out of recovery.
but none of these programs worked for me.
i was thinking about going back to 3.1.2 but when i bought my iphone it was already at 3.1.3.
so all i need is to kick the phone out of recovery!
anybody an idea how??

How can i fix the scratch on my touch screen phone?

I have a Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic. Im trying to sell it for a iphone 3gs but it has a minor scratch on the display (front glass) of the phone. My phone is all touchscreen. I’ve found many ways to fix displays of non-touhscreen phones and back of phones but cant seem to find how to fix the scratch on the display of a all touchscreen phone. Can someone help me find a solution that i can fix using household items? thats what i would prefer but if you know of something on the market that would be fine too.

Resolved Question: What does SHSH iOS 4.0, 4.0.1 means in iPhone 3GS?

Hello, I got an iPhone 3GS which is jailbroken. I see that on Cydia, it says SHSH is backed up for iOS 4.0 and 4.0.1. What does it mean? If I go to 4.0.2 or 4.1, would I be able to get back to 4.0.1? OR I can only downgrade to 4.0 from 4.0.1? Please help me here. Thanks.

Will the apple store repace my iphone?

I have an Iphone 3g an i have had it for a while now but the other day both of the buttons fell off (Power/Lock & Silent button) my m8s at school said if i just take it into a UK store thay will just replace it there and the is this true because i am desparate to jailbrake but cant put it into DFU mode because there is no power button.

iPhone 3G power button problem!?

Well I’m stuck in a weird situation. My iPhone is jailbroken on 3.1.2 firmware and unlocked. The power/sleep button died on me couple weeks back its completely unresponsive. I’ve been managing with SB settings locking and rebooting so on. Yesterday I accidentally turned it off. And now I can’t turn it back on! I tried everything I could think of. I connected the usb cable to my computer and also to a dock. I held the home button down and connected it to the computer but no luck. If anyone has a solution please HELP! Thank You!
