I’m looking for an Iphone GPS app that is not heavy on size!?
Most GPS apps on the itunes store are like 1.2gb or more, i was wondering if there is a way to get one for the USA (texas) i don't want the whole united states i just want a state is there anyway to mod the app and remove unwanted maps to lower the file size so i don't have to delete my music/videos/apps Read or Add Answers...why does my gps not work very well on iphone?
i have just got a new iphone. the 3g is turned off after i read about this causing problems. my maps app and google earth puts me at being about 10 miles away!!!! unless i use wifi which is 100% accurate. i have read this is a common problem. how do i rectify it? Hi thank you for your answer with regards to the map. But it's still not working for me, I have tapped the top left corner a million times and tried holding it and shaking it and when I do it brings up the chandelier. I wander if it because I have not done sumit else in the game. I have 2 coins, wooden stick, necklace and a yellow jewel. I have found the compass. I have put the rope over the wall I have cleaned the crystal ball. Am still stuck :-( Read or Add Answers...How does the GPS on the blackberry work?
I have a blackberry bold but the GPS sucks cause its doesn't work and takes so long to load while my friends iphone maps is really quick....can you help me out with finding out how it works or am i stuck with crappy GPS? Read or Add Answers...Antrim escape for the iphone?

First I dont have subscription to AT&T, so I have a prepaid card, no internet access on phone I want to buy an iPhone, but the new one will come out soon and is that worth to buy now? iPhone is like 1.6X more expensive than iPod touch on craigslist, I can't stand the slow speed of 3G so i need a 3GS if Im buying one. But since I dont have internet, does the compass mic camera video and stuff like that really worth that 60% money as an iphone ? I also want to buy an iPod touch, since I can save money from the $400 i sold with my 3G (slow speed), but next ipod touch will have camera, but still got to wait till next June for next generation, is that worth to buy now? ..I need your advices, thanks! I just got an iphone 3gs and im trying to use poof or bossprefs to hide apps like maps, or compass. everytime I do it while its respringing it either beeps or vibrates and it doesnt hide any of my apps...why is my iphone doing this?? My ipod thinks i am still in cleveland because that is where i was when the location services last worked. Every app i use thinks im in cleveland and maps fails to determine my location. Google Maps Navigation seems to be the answer for all of our navigation needs.
