Also are the applications you can get to put on the iTouch free, and do they take up alot of memory?
Are there any hidden costs? and what are peoples general views on them, in comparison to say iPhones and Blackberrys?
Thanks
so recently i tried updating my phone but it said addition space required. Then i deleted some photos but forgot to sync. Since then I can only open the apps that came with my phone )weather, Compass ect.) but I cant open any downloaded apps? Help please?
This is my replacement set of HTC Legend after the 'Rocking Legend' issue and this set is having the sensor issue. The compass keep telling me to calibrate my device otherwise, it wouldn't point North. And the compass mode on google map is sharing the same problem. Look at the video and you will know.
This is how to properly calibrate the electronic compass inside the iPhone 3GS. Drive the iPhone around like a toy car. Video by Lysfyr. (Filmed on an iPhone 3GS)
I’ll be making a long distance drive and would feel more comfortable with some sort of assistance other than the maps on the floor of my car. I’m trying to choose between buying an iPhone on which I could download a GPS application (I need a new cell phone anyway) and just purchasing a normal GPS system. Any suggestions? This will be the first time I drive more than five hours away from home, and I would like something reliable and easy to follow.
When ever I try to locate myself by pressing the pin point button, it loads for a while then shows the error “your location could not be found” Using firmware 2.2! Tried resseting and restoring. Thanks
Ignoring costs, which would you choose? Which will be most useful and practical? I would like to use all my favorite iphone applications in Europe such as the maps, cooking apps, and the translator. Will they even work there? If not, I think I will go with blackberry.
