which phone , iphone or blackberry tour?
So , im in need of a new phone ! I have an LG Dare at the moment and im on a two year contract so if I get a new phone i will have to pay full price for the phone, so my thoughts were get a phone im really going to like. So price does not matter to me at this moment, I have it narrowed down to two, The 3GS Iphone or the Blackberry Tour. Please give me the pro's and con's to the phones ! I previously had the Iphone so I'm so acustomed to touch screens, though I can easily move over to a blackberry if it's worth it. I just simply can't decide which phone is really better for me. I'm not huge on aps really and I have an ipod, though with the droid I like the touch screen and having the choice to have aps and the internet browser. It's just nice to know when your bored or just to know you have a device that can do a lot for you. On the other hand I know the blackberry is simple, has bbm and is great for messaging. What really should I go for to keep me entertained and pleased for 2 years with my contract? Read or Add Answers...Motorola Droid vs. Blackberry Tour?
I have had the Blackberry tour for 2 weeks but a few friends have recommended Droid to me. So I'm still thinking. I need help deciding since I have not used Droid before. I use my phone mostly for personal emails, facebook, MSN chatting (very important and BB Tour has that IM app), web browsing, texting and a little bit of gaming. No business related. I also do not go out of country much so global roaming doesn't mean a thing to me. I do not drive so GPS is not a factor. I DO care about the battery life. I had an iphone for 2 months and I absolutely hated it. It was because of AT&T's bad service that caused the constant search of signal, making the battery died extremely fast. I had to charge at least twice a day (I live in NYC, not in the jungle). I do not mind charging the phone once a day, but I want to be able to use it when I need it. I used to have a phone with QWERTY keyboard, iphone with virtual keyboard, and BB Tour with full keyboard. To me, keyboard is very easy to get used to so it's not a problem for me. I like the Droid because of the big screen and seems to be more fun with apps and web browsing like the iphone. I may not like it because it seems a little heavy and bulky. But I figure if it's the size and weight of an iphone, then I can deal with it. My only worry is the battery life since touch screen kills alot of battery. So far, I like the Tour, decent battery life and solid performance. The only complaint is that there is not much free apps and the web browsing is dull and only one website at a time, smaller screen with a trackball. I definitely do not surf the internet as much as when I had the iphone or as much as I would hope to because of that. But again, I think if the Droid has the same problem as iphone (which I doubt since it's not AT&T anymore), I will probably not consider it. Otherwise, I will. Please help. I REALLY want a Blackberry for myself. But i've been hearing that some are better than others...? i don't really know... Like, my friend said that she had a Blackberry ( either the Tour or the Curve) and like in a week the little cursor ball fell out... What are your opinions? (i think i really like the Curve or the 8830..) Also, what do you like about the iPhone? Some friends of mine have it and they say that it's absolutely addicting... what do you think? hey guys well i have been stressing myself out over this debate. specifically im looking to get either the 16gb iphone 3gs or the blackberry tour or bold. now i dont use email, nor do i use anything web related. the bb is cheaper but doesnt offer the many features like a iphone. the iphone does have an ipod built plus all those apps decisions decisions… i guess my my main concern is with the touch screen technology. i had the htc touch and that screen literally broke down every month. by breaking down i simply mean that it was responsive to my touches. with the iphone, im afraid the same will happen. the cost difference between the two is roughly 100 bucks. i listen to music, chat, send texts, etc,etc. please give me a proper answer thanks

i am asking for a blackberry for christmas and i originally wanted te tour but thats not out in the uk 
so i was looking at the our and thats not on 02 but the curve is pretty identical to the bold .. but i dont know whether it has the app world.. any suggestions of which is the best blackberry to get or whether the iphone is just so much better! thanks xx
