I have a song in download manager, and i tried to use splice, but the song must be in the music app to use it in splice. What app can i use to make a vid with the song in dl manager??? Please help

If I’m recording video of something loud, like a band playing, is there an app that allows me to adjust the audio recording levels so the sound is not distorted? I know there are apps that allow you to adjust the levels of the audio after the recording is made, but what about while the recording is being made?
