Appcake I think it’s called just add a source called http://cydia.iphonecake.com then search for appcake

Nowhere else im afraid, but an easy thing to do is to download them on your computer
dont go to the appulous website, it will also be very slow, torrent them from the pirate bay, or any place like that

then ssh into ur ipod, and put it where all your installous IPAs are stored, then go to installous on ur ipod, and the downloads tab and just install it
