Why won’t my iPhone 3g send pictures?

when i send a picture message through MMS the sending bar goes about 4/5 of the way then it displays a red “!” next to the picture and says sending failure. i have good service where i am and i’ve been able to send pictures until now. how can i fix this?

    if that doesnt work do a hard reset hold dwn the home button and on/off button till it turns black and displays a white apple logo give it a few min to reset
    if that still doesnt work make sure u have the current version of ur iphone 3.1.2 via itunes now to see what version ur iphone is go to Settings>general>About

    Make sure your iPhone running the latest firmware update (3.1.2). Then go to Settings => General => Reset => Reset Network Settings.
